:Pure saffron stigmas
The saffron flowers are picked at dawn still closed and immediately dried at low temperature after cleaning the stigmas from the white, yellow and orange calyx. The quality of the spice is therefore very high: a gram is sufficient for the preparation of forty flow. It is then packaged in glass vials packed in cartons of recycled paper to protect it from the light that would alter the quality. In each pack there is a leaflet with exclusive recipes of the great interpreters of Italian cuisine.
